The core of unloading safety attention for Padel Court as following :
1. Because the weight of 1 box glass is 3300 kgs, the packaging size is 3*2 meters high, and the glass box is standing upright on the container floor. For the personal safety of unloading workers, we strongly recommend that customers choose open top container for transportation. Because your unloading worker can lift very heavy glass directly from the top of the container with a crane. However, if use closed container , the glass can not be taken out directly from the top of the container by a crane. So taking the glass out from the closed container is very dangerous.

1. Note: (For unloading glass, only wire ropes with a load of 5 tons or more can be used. Do not use ropes of other materials to unload glass. It is very dangerous !!!! ).
2. Before unloading, the wire rope must be checked for No any damage and aging.
Before unloading glass with a crane, check to ensure that the following 5 things are 100% safe before the crane can start working.
1. Before workers approach the glass box, make sure that the glass box is not tilted, and check that the packaging of the glass box is not damaged. Make sure that the glass box poses no threat to workers.
2. As indicated by the arrow in the figure below, before the crane is raised for work, it must be checked and ensured that the wire rope is in the correct position.
3. After checking that the two ends of the wire rope are 100% securely fixed, all workers must stay away from the glass to prevent the glass from slipping.
4. Check and make sure the glass is level in the air when the crane is just starting to rise. The glass box must not be tilted. If the glass box is tilted, it must be readjusted.
5. Before and after unloading the glass, the Most important to ensure the personal safety of workers. Workers should keep away from glass boxes that may fall. very dangerous ! ! ! ! ! !
Note: Except for glass, the unloading steel pipe column and mesh must use Cloth rope of 5 tons or more (Can not use wire rope, if wire rope is used, the column will slide down in the air and the exterior paint will be damaged)
Sequence of unloading glass and safety precautions
1. Because 1 box of glass weighs 3.3 tons (3300KGS), the weight of 4 boxes of glass is 3300KGS*4= 13200KGS, but 2 boxes or 4 boxes of glass are placed separately on the two sides of the container, and the number of glass placed on the two sides of the container is same weight. The purpose of this is to prevent the car and container from tilting. If the car and the container tip over due to their weight, the glass will fall over, posing safety to the unloading workers.
2. Therefore, when unloading the glass, it must be ensured that the container and the car cannot be seriously unbalanced due to the weight of the two sides, so that the glass will tilt and fall due to its own weight.
3. The 4 boxes of glass in the picture below are marked A, B, C, D respectively. When workers start to unload glass box A, they must ensure that the safety straps of all glass boxes B, C, and D cannot be unfastened. That is, when unloading glass box A, all other glass boxes must be fixed to ensure that other glass boxes cannot fall down due to shaking and tilting, which will cause personal safety.
4. There are 4 boxes of glass in the container, A, B, C, D. Never unload two boxes of glass on the same wall of the container, so that there is no glass on the left side of the container, and all glass on the right side of the container, so the container will tilt due to the loss of weight balance, and the glass will be tilted at the same time, so that the glass box will It is easy to fall down and cause personal safety.
5. The correct sequence of unloading 4 boxes of glass is: the first unloading glass box A, the second unloading B, the third unloading C, and the fourth unloading glass D. This can maintain the weight balance of the two sides of the container.
